In this program, you will learn how to identify, use, and connect hardware components and devices, as well as install and support Windows OS, including on the command line. You will be able to perform system configuration imaging and troubleshooting for macOS, ChromeOS, Android, and Linux and troubleshoot PC and mobile device issues, including those arising from malware. Finally, you will learn how to follow best practices for safety, environmental impact, communication, and professionalism and explain types of networks and connections, including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and SOHO.

Cyber Defense AnalystMastery Certificate

In this certificate program, you will learn how to assess the security of an enterprise environment and implement appropriate security solutions. 

 

You will be taught how to monitor and secure hybrid environments, including cloud, mobile, and IoT devices, as well as operate with an awareness of applicable laws and policies, including principles of governance, risk, and compliance
